"Scheduled" Tab

This tab contains all the scheduled messages set for the property. It also includes the specific date and time the message is set to be sent or if the message has already been delivered to the guest.

"On-Demand" Tab

This tab contains messages that are set to be sent manually. This normally contains the Payment Request. Another example could include a message detailing a special offer for additional services that you may only want to send at certain times of the year, to certain guests, etc.
