How to move a booking to a different property

Learn how to move a reservation to a different property/unit

To move a booking to a different property, please follow the steps below:

  1. Look for the booking using the Search feature, or the Calendar page, or the All Reservations page
  2. Open the booking by clicking on the Booking ID
  3. Go to "Stay Information" > click on the Ellipsis (3 dots icon) > click on "Edit Stay Information"
  4. Select "Move Reservation"
  5. In the pop-up, search for a unit by name or by city and click on the lens icon
  6. Select the unit
  7. Click on the blue "Move reservation" button

Note: A message appears on the top right side of the page confirming the change.
