This tab can be used to input any special request from the guest or important information about the reservation. It's also where the notes left when booking the property in a channel are shown (if any). Any notes entered here can be viewed in Kigo Operations Manager, ensuring that any staff who visit the apartment (e.g. cleaners) will see this information.
This tab provides information about the activities done in the reservation, such as:
- The date the contract was created and signed
- Communication Preference selected by the guest
- Payments scheduled to be taken, and successful or failed payments
- Messages manually or automatically sent to the guest
- If the guest completed the screening process
